Scope & Focus
IJSE publishes original empirical and theoretical work on the sociology of education — from institutional inequalities and curriculum politics to the lived experiences of students and educators across global contexts.
Manuscript Preparation
- 6,000–9,000 words including references
- APA 7th edition citation style
- Abstract of 150–200 words
- Five keywords maximum
- Anonymised for double-blind review
Review Process
Every submission undergoes double-blind peer review by at least two specialists. Authors typically receive a first decision within ten weeks. We value constructive feedback regardless of the outcome.
